Our Occupational Health and Safety targets at MNT are to keep the risks of occupational accident that may arise from our operations, maintaining a healthy and safe working environment, development of Occupational Health and Safety culture with participation of our employees.

With the established occupational health and safety standards, we aim to maximize the precautions taken against injuries and diseases of all our personnel.

We also continuously develop our systems by means of performance monitoring and periodical revisions along with the "Occupational Health and Safety System".

Our main principles to reach our Occupational Health and Safety targets are to:

• Evaluate the domestic and international Occupational Health and Safety standards; assure the conformity with these standards and protect human health by acting in team spirit.

• Adopt the principle that all employees are jointly responsible for the improvement of Occupational Health and Safety activities, and train them for the sake of ensuring their health and safety, and raise awareness.

• Take all kinds of measures, have all instruments and personal protective equipments present, and ensure their use when needed, in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislations and other OHS-related requirements to ensure the health and safety of employees, employees of subcontractors, patients, visitors at workplace and its outbuildings, as well as the health and safety of personnel, who work outside the workplace.

• Perform periodical health examinations for employees and ensure early diagnosis of occupational diseases.

• Identify the risks emerging from our activities and ensure that the possibility of occurrence of this risk is kept at the lowest acceptable level, by adopting protective measurements.

• Train our employees about occupational health and safety, raise awareness thereof, and repeat those trainings when necessary.

• Identify such risks that may lead to occupational accidents and diseases, and create protective measurements to prevent their re-occurrence.

• Ensure the safety of patients, their relatives, and employees by performing the emergency interventions in the fastest and the most proper manner, in cooperation with our business partners.
